Stompin in the 40’s

Club Café 209 Columbus Ave, Boston, MA, United States

This coming 1st Friday of November also falls on the 1st. Still time to sign up to sing for the open mic. All singers are welcome but PLEASE contact me ASAP if you would like to sing. Please provide me with two songs you would like to perform. You will need to have sheet music for them in your key and please prepare one slow/mid-tempo song & one fast/uptempo song. I need to have all songs to the musician by October 26th.

We always look forward to all of our regular Napoleon Room singers and all newcomers. Please come out and strut your stuff. This months theme will be songs recorded in the 40's. Meaning any genre of song first recorded from 1940-1949. This is going to be so much fun. I have done Swinging In The '60s, Rocking In The '50s and now "Stomping In The 40's". The Open Mic portion will start immediately after my 45 minute concert. We start at 7pm and and go til 10pm. Thank you all in advance for your love and support of live music.

Songs From My Heart

Club Café 209 Columbus Ave, Boston, MA, United States

Powerful is a word that most people would use to describe his smooth baritone voice. His delivery seems almost effortless and his stylistic range is diverse. He is comfortable performing Broadway ballads, Jazz standards, Blues, R&B Oldies, Gospel, and yes, even some Country. Some say it’s a rare treat for those lucky enough to attend one of his performances. He is a gregarious southern gentleman at heart and truly an entertainer that will leave you wanting more.
